These options control the behaviour of Document Types
			
			
			Data Entry 
			
			Display Cases in Descending Order
			
			If ticked, the results of searches from 
				e4DM Document Explorer will be displayed with the newest case first. If unticked,
			the results of searches from e4DM View will be displayed with the oldest case first.
			
			Display Pages in Descending Order
			
			If ticked, the images displayed as the results of searches SoftView will be displayed
			with the newest page first. If unticked, the images will be displayed with the oldest
			page first.
			
			Audit Document Viewing
			
			An audit will be recorded of all viewing activity for this document type if ticked.
			
			Audit Printing
			
			If ticked, an audit will be added with the text Printed whenever a case for this
			document type is printed.
			
			Audit e-mailing
			
			If ticked, an audit will be added with the text e-mailed whenever a case for this
			document type is e-mailed.
			
			Audit Alarms and Reminders
			
			If ticked, an audit will be added for all alarm or reminder activity for this document
			type.
			
			OCR Content
			
			Content management will be enabled for this
			document type if ticked.
			
			Create TIFF Overviews
			
			Overviews will be created for this document type if ticked.
			
			Allow Movement Out
			
			If ticked, cases may be re indexed out of this document
			type and into another.
			
			Workflow Document Type
			
			If ticked, the Document Type is in use by Workflow
			.
			
			Transient Storage
			
			If ticked, the Document Type is set as transient
			.
			
			Remove Deleted Transient Items After
			
			Specify a number of days that deleted transient items will remain on the system
			before being removed by the Server routine. This gives users the opportunity to
			access and restore items deleted in error.
			
			Hot Note Days
			
			Specify a number of days that notes will be highlighted with a hot note indicator.
			
			e-mail Sending Interval
			
			These values are used to send e-mails if they are set to anything but zero. They
			are used only for the automatic sending of e-mails. E-mails will not be sent to
			the recipient if a user has recently sent an e-mail within the specified period
			to the recipient. This is useful if routing is enabled and several indexed documents
			are all assigned to a recipient within a short period of time: they will receive
			only one message and not multiple messages asking them to check their in-tray.
