Any item may be edited by following these steps: -

• Highlight the particular file.
• Select Item | Amend Index Data from the applications main toolbar. The index data is now available to alter.
• The Item’s details will now be populated in a sub window.
• Edit the appropriate field value.
• Press the Update button

Any item may be deleted by following these steps: -

• Highlight the particular file.
• Select Item | Delete Item from the applications main toolbar
• Confirm the deletion
• The database is now altered.
