Index e-mail(s)

• Highlight e-mails to index, then select the e4DM icon from the tool bar to index the e-mail(s).
  The e4DM Index routines are then instigated.
  The content of the e-mail(s) will also be indexed so that FTR searches can be undertaken, provided the Document Type is set to allow OCR.


• Highlight e-mails to index, then select the File, Softology e4DM Index, option from the menu bar to index the e-mail(s).
