FTR - Full Text Retrieval
FTR takes the text from fields and documents and allows the user to search for words, part words and phrases within the text. The associated cases and documents can then be retrieved.

Individual fields for a document type can be set to be FTR fields.

MS Office integration allows Office documents and e-mails to be FTR items.

Notes added to cases are automatically FTR items.

Softology's OCR (optical character recognition) server combined with Abbyy FineReader allows scanned documents to be FTR items.
