In Document Explorer or Quick View's or Tree Explorer the functions are:
Switch to Document Explorer view.
Switch to Tree View view.
Switch to In-Tray view.
Switch to FTR view.
Show reminders.
Show alarms.
Show notes for the current case.
Show audit information for the current case.
Amend index data for the current case.
Re-Index the current case.
Re-Index and DELETE the current case.
Choose and order fields to display for the current case.
View the selected case files.
Route or send a case to an in-tray.
When the in-tray functionality is selected the following icons are available in Document Explorer:
In SoftView the functions are:Refresh the view of the In-tray.
Accept an In-tray case.
Reject an In-tray case.
Remove a case from the In-tray.
