This option allows the user to show or hide specific columns for the selected document type.

Toolbar
This option allows the user to show or hide the toolbar.

View Selected Items
This option allows the user to view the selected items from the results section.

General Finder
This option allows the user to switch to the General Finder section.

Tree View
This option allows the user to switch to the Tree View section.

In-Tray
This option allows the user to switch to the In-Tray section.

Free Text Search
This option allows the user to switch to the Free Text Search section. This option is only available if the user is already in the General Finder section.

My Alarms
This option allows the user to view any personal alarms for the selected document type.

My Reminders
This option allows the user to view any personal reminders for the selected document type.

In-Tray Usage
This option displays all outstanding in-tray items accessible by the user.
