These items are only available if the General Finder option is selected.
Search Deleted Items
This option allows the user to search deleted items using the search parameters.
The selection of this option is shown by a tick against this menu option and an
icon appearing in the toolbar. To return to searching for normal items either untick
the menu option or click on the icon.
Perform 'OR' Searches
This option allows the user to enter search information into two or more fields
using the search parameters and return items using an or search. ie return items
where the supplier is 'ABC001' or the location is 'CHEADLE'. The normal search returns
items where the supplier is 'ABC001' and the location is 'CHEADLE'. . The selection
of this option is shown by a tick against this menu option and an icon appearing
in the toolbar. To return to searching for normal items either untick the menu option
or click on the icon.
Search All character fields for
This option allows the user to search all the character for the chosen document
type using the search parameters. a sub form is displayed to for the user to enter
the search data.
