Whenever a user creates a document, for example through Bach Indexing or a Drag
& Drop routine, the document is assigned the Document Folder specified by the index
template.
Users must have the relevant Document Folder in their
Allow Users to View these Folders in order to be able to view the document.

Create New Folder
Creates a new document folder record in the e4DM database
Delete Folder
Delete the selected document folder record from the e4DM database
