Batch Selection
Batches are displayed with the user entered internal reference from batch scanning and the system generated batch number.

Batches are deleted by clicking the required batch and then the Batch Delete button.

Batches are selected by clicking the required batch and then the Batch Select button.

The users may be allowed to browse the system and chose files to index, if there are no batches within the batch area and the index template specifies that the user may browse. The browsed directory selected becomes the selected batch.

Once a batch is selected, index fields and buttons are enabled, and the items available for indexing are listed. The list order may be changed by selecting an item and then using the Up and Down buttons to move the item up or down the list. Double clicking an item in the list will view that item.
